The Vision

The Active Southampton Vision is that all residents of Southampton will take part in physical activity for 30 minutes a day - every day, and it aims to do this through 3 key priorities:

1.    Increasing adult participation in physical activity

2.    Increasing participation in physical activity by children and young people

3.    Enhancing the skills and building the capacity of the workforce including volunteers.
