No Strings Badminton is the perfect way to start playing, improve your skills or take part in friendly matches against other people within the community!

Taking place in leisure centres and facilities across the country, No Strings badminton sessions give you badminton with no fuss, just fun! You don’t need to sign up to weeks of courses, or pay any fees up front, just drop into your local session when you feel like getting on court.
